Pay $2000/year for unlimited listings and pay no transaction fees or commissions.
All transactions are between buyers and sellers, the Utility Warehouse does not get in the middle.

Registration Terms and Conditions:

The Utility Warehouse is available to all users, however, we reserve the right to deny access to any registrant we believe is operating in bad faith or abusing this service.

A seller may list an unlimited number of items for sale and agrees to give fair and accurate descriptions of all items listed for sale.

Seller agrees to provide the following information for all items entered: email, category, description, quantity, and price.

Seller may remove items at any time and agrees to remove an item within 5 days after it is sold.

Seller may include a photo image with each item by submitting the address of the image (URL) with the ad. (The Utility Warehouse will host images for $25/month per each image. Simply email the item image in .jpg or .gif file at the time the item is entered.)

The Seller agrees to notify The Utility Warehouse (by email) of every sale within two days following the sale.

Seller agrees to mail all payments due to: The Utility Warehouse, 482 Second Street, Lake Oswego, OR 97034.
