The output will be 112 MW. The transformers are duel wound. One at either 132 KV or 33 KV and the other at 132 KV or 66 kV. The only items not including in the move are the civil work, the transport from the docks to the site, and the erection labor. All erection and commissioning supervision will be included.  the plant is presently dismentled. 

Two operational GEC EM610B 50Hz gas turbine generator sets featured with:

o 13 stage compressor and 2 stage power turbine, single shaft supported by 2 bearings
o 3.3 KV motor starter
o 2-pole, 3 phase 50Hz 11.8 KV 72.5 MVA air cooled generator
o Brushless exciter control system
o 11.8/132 KV 80 MVA OFAF generator transformer with on load tap changer
o 11,800/433 V 250KVA ONAN unit transformer
o 110V AC inverter with battery / charger system
o High scanning speed temperature monitoring system with IBM PC Data acquisition program
o Full package of auxiliaries including a workshop
o With a 2.6 MVA black start diesel generator as option

History of the Units
The two model EM610B open cycle, single shaft, gas turbine sets, manufactured by GEC Gas Turbines Limited (UK) and commissioned in 1981. Originally installed in 1980, and operated until 1991, the gas turbine sets were relocated and re-commissioned in 1992. They were available for service through until 1998 when they became surplus to generation requirements. They are currently dismantled under preservation.

The operating hours/starts for the two units are 598/825 and 910/975 respectively.

o Base load 58.7MW and peak load 61.9MW under ambient air conditions of 30oC and 1013 mbar
o Corresponding thermal efficiencies for base load and peak load at 25.4% and 27.0 %
o Normal start/Emergency start to synchronise speed total time required at 6.0 min and 6.0 min
o Normal start/Emergency start to peak load total time required at 15.0 min and 9.0 min

1. Gas Turbine
o Single shaft, 2 bearings supported on rigid steel stools
o 13 compressor stage, 2 power turbine stage
o 10 individual reverse flow combustion chambers
o Designed to run on liquid fuel oil
o Mean gas temperature at first row guide vanes at 900oC base / 950oC peak
o Mean gas temperature at turbine exhaust at 503oC base / 541oC peak

    Minimum kinematic viscosity 1.6 Cs

1.2 Fuel Oil System
o One fuel oil forwarding skid comprises of 3 AC pumps.
o 2 staged filtration and pumping at gas turbine side.
o Hydraulically control fuel throttle valve before combustion chambers.

o 3.3 KV 746KW 1487rpm induction starter motor
o Starter motor coupled through a torque converter to the gas turbine rotor
o Fottinger principal Voith twin disc torque converter

1.7 Lubrication and Jacking Oil System

o Mineral oil BS489 grade 46 total quantity 200Kg
o Shaft driven positive displacement oil pump via auxiliary gearbox
o 1 AC motor centrifugal oil pump
o 1 DC motor centrifugal oil pump for emergency standby
o 2 AC motor jacking oil pumps
o 1 air oil cooler and 1 duplex strainer

1.8 Barring System
