Removal, inspection, replacement, exchange or repair per Caterpillar guidelines the following:

 

Cylinder heads, unit injectors, cylinder head intake and exhaust inserts, inner and outer valve springs, guides, locks, intake and exhaust valves, valve rotocoils, dowels, grind and lap valves and seats, if not replaced and tap valves for full face contact.

Replacement of crankshaft, install clockwise camshaft, piston rings, main bearings, rod bearings, cylinder head gaskets and seals, oil pump bearing and seals, oil temperature regulators and seals, exhaust manifold gaskets, water pump bearings, seals and explosion relief valve seal kits.
