Output: 123.4 MW Voltage (50Hz): 11.5 kV These turbines are base mounted,
simple cycle, single shaft units which come with a variety of auxiliary systems 
including a full weather protected enclosure for outdoor
installation.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY-GAS TURBINE & AUXILIARIES


One (1) Frame-9E (PG9171E) gas turbine which is characterized by the following equipment and accessories except where mentioned otherwise.

1.  Turbine and Turbine Compartment

Base mounted, simple cycle, single shaft PG9171E Gas Turbine Compartment consisting of:

·   Multistage, axial flow corrosion protected compressor.

·   Fourteen chamber combustion system.

·   3-stage turbine with coated first stage buckets.

    Modulating inlet guide vanes of C450 material.

·   On base Gas fuel system and Liquid fuel system suitable for distillate.

·   Dual ignition system.

·   Dual compartment AC vent fans (Negative, common for GT & ACC compartment),

·   Vibration sensors. Seismic type, for protection.

·   Thermocouples for measuring critical turbine and load temperatures, including bearing drains.

·   Inlet and exhaust plenums.

·   Load coupling (solid) with coupling guard and hardware.

·   GT enclosure (On-base) limiting near field noise level to 93 dBA.

·   Oil filled accessory coupling.

·   Fire detection and protection for on-base equipment.

Annexure-2

 

SCOPE OF SUPPLY FOR EACH GENERATOR

 

1.  Generator (Open circuit air cooled) with stator, rotor, built in RTD's, bearings, foundation frame and enclosure for generator with terminals at top.

2.  Brushless excitation system including main exciter (with two slip rings for conventional rotor earth fault relay) and auxiliary Exciter.

3.  Ventilation system for generator with ducting and self cleaning filters.

 

4.  Phase isolated bus-ducts with aluminum conductor and aluminum enclosure with CT's, PT's, LA & SP cubicles (10 meters on phase side & 6 meters on neutral side).

5.  Neutral grounding transformer with loading resistor.

 

6.  Conventional Generator control panels and microprocessor based relay panels and duplication of controls in the central control room.

7.  Inter connecting control cables for connection between Generator busduct and C/R panels.

8.  CO2 fire protection for Generator.

 

9.  Automatic voltage regulator (Digital type).

EXCLUSIONS

1.  Gas fuel forwarding system including Gas conditioning skid, scrubber (if required), Gas Booster compressor (if required), field piping, fuel measurement, etc.

2.  Liquid fuel system including unloading tanks, centrifuge, forwarding skid, filtering, metering, piping, drain tank and pump, etc.

3.  Instrument air compressor for Gas conditioning skid.

 

4.  Field piping, valves, etc.

 

5.  GT exhaust duct & bypass stack with Dampers (Top exhaust stack with silencer of height 15 meters from base line is in scope).

6.  Generator transformer, Generator circuit breaker, Bus ducts beyond specified length.

7.  Auxiliary transformers, starting transformers and breakers.

 

8.  Field power cables, control and signal cables with cable trays and accessories.

9.  Electrical system studies.

 

10. All utilities supply systems including cooling water supply system.

 

11, Water Treatment and Effluent Treatment System.

 

12. Plant fire protection system (except GTG CO2 fire protection system).

 

13. Buried earthing.

 

14. Above ground earthing.

TERMINAL POINTS

 

1.  Gas at 22.5 Kgf/sqcm, I Micron filtered, 50 deg. C super heated at GT flange (Fuel quality as per GT requirement).

2.  Distillate at 3.0 atg at GT skid, 5 Micron filtered, 17 deg. C super heated above pour point (Fuel quality shall be as per GT requirement).

3.  DM water at water wash skid.

 

4.  Drains and vents at skid/equipment flanges.

 

5.  Power (415 VAC/110 VAC & 125 VDC) at GTG skid junction boxes.

 

6.  6600 Volts power for GT Starting Motor at Motor terminals.
