Scope of Supply for one (1) refurbished Frame 6B unit with Water Injection  

1.        One refurbished GE MS6001B gas turbine-generator set equipped to fire on natural gas and distillate fuel. The turbine generator has been completely refurbished by GE International Inc.

2.        Water Injection system for NOx control.

3.        Side Exhaust Plenum with expansion joint.

4.        Weatherproof CTG packages.

5.        Walkways / Gratings / Handrails.

6.        Lube oil vent mist separator.

7.        Lube oil coolers .

8.        On-base GTG Interconnect Piping (lube oil piping, etc.).

9.        On-base GTG Interconnecting Electrical Cables and Hardware.

10.     GTG Control Cab with turbine and generator controls, voltage regulator, MCCs, and batteries.

11.     Air cooled TEWAC type generator.

12.     DC Battery string (125V) for Gas Turbine control and emergency systems.

13.     Speed reducing load gear.

14.     Diesel engine starting system.

15.     Accessory base with auxiliary systems.

16.     CO2 fire protection system and bottles.

17.     Exhaust frame blower system.

18.     Inlet filter house.

19.     Inlet Air Ducting with standard silencing.

20.     Exhaust Stack – standard configuration – 70 foot height.

General Electric Company (Prolec) Scope of Supply

1.        Two winding, three phase, oil immersed, 48/64/80 MVA, OA/FA/FA, 60 Hz, 65^o C temperature rise, 138 kV Wye connection, 13.8 kV Delta connection, with NO load tap changer and local annunciators.

Universal Compression, Inc. (Atlas Copco) Scope of Supply

1.   Two (2) skid-mounted 150% Atlas Copco Model TP-10/10 two stage, centrifugal (oil free) gas compressors with gearboxes connected to 3600 rpm, 3500 HP Toshiba motors. Cooling system includes one aftercooler (120^o F discharge temperature), and one oil cooler (cooling water temperature at 70^o F). A vertical skirt suction scrubber is included. Lube oil system is integral to the skid mounted equipment and consists of reservoir, main shaft mounted motor with electric auxiliary motor, oil cooler, oil filter, pressure control,  PLC controls and allintegral pipng.
