ONE G.E. LM2500-PE (UPGRADED), NATURAL GAS, WATER INJECTION,
13.8 KV, 26,500 KVA, 60HZ TURBINE GENERATOR PACKAGE AS FOLLOWS:1. ENGINE AND POWER TURBINE SECTION HAS BEEN COMPLETELY FACTORY REBUILT TO ZERO TIME AND WILL CARRY A ONE (1) YEAR FACTORY STANDARD G.E. WARRANTY.
2. GEAR BOX, GENERATOR SECTIONS HAVE A TOTAL OF 25,000 HOURS ON THEM AND AND WILL BE COMPLETELY REFURBISHED TO “AS NEW” CONDITION.
3. THE PROTECTION AND CONTROL SYSTEMS WILL BE REPLACED WITH CURRENT SOLID STATE SYSTEMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A NEW INSTALLATION. THIS INCLUDED: VIBRATION SYSTEMS, GENERATOR PROTECTION, TURBINE START SYSTEMS, OPERATOR INTERFACE COMPONENTS AND POWER SYSTEM SYNCHRONIZATION SYSTEMS.
4. THE ENGINE AND POWER TURBINE SECTION WILL HAVE A ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH A STANDARD G.E. WARRANTY AND THE REMAINDER OF THE MODULE WILL CARRY A ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY BY THE INSTALLATION COMPANY AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH A STANDARD FACTORY WARRANTY FOR NEW EQUIPMENT OF THIS TYPE.

PACKAGE AT THE SITE, INSTALL THE UNIT AT THE NEW SITE AND PUT ON-LINE, INCLUDING CIVIL WORK FOR THE BASES, TURBINE BUILDING AND AUXILIARY ENCLOSURES, FUEL PIPING, WATER PIPING AND RELATED WORK (ASSUMING ALL IS LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE INSTALLATION POINT), AND SUPPLY FACTORY PERSONNEL FOR COMMISSIONING AND UNIT START, IS ESTIMATED TO COST AN ADDITIONAL……….$ 2,800,000.00 USD

CONDITIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The equipment described above is subject to prior sale and is presently being considered by another buyer, so time is of the essence and to insure the unit is available for the ultimate purchase, a deposit in the amount of US $ 1,400,000.00 is required almost immediately to insure the unit will not be sold.
Installation firm will provide site engineering and engineering Cad drawings for the installation of the Turbine Module at the new site as part of the installation package, including the connections to the incoming power system. A full complement of drawings, Operation and Maintenance manuals will be provided for all components and systems as installed at the site.
The Turbine Generator will be started, put into operation and synchronized on-line, with a minimum of one (1) week of actual site training provided for the local operator.
The new protection and control system will provide, a manual synchronization system to the incoming line for backup use in an emergency, and a fully automatic synchronization control to put the generator on-line without operator interference. This system will include automated kW load and Var share capabilities, our “Power Guard” system diagnostics and with function via touch screen operator interface control console. Further information on the advanced control system being provided for this unit will be supplied under separate cover.
