The Pyrolysis
rotating furnace was manufactured in 1985. It
has a heater length of 20 meters and a diameter of 3 meters.
It has a drum speed of 1 to 1.5 rpm.
The cladding temperature is 600°C and the fuel is
Packaging Materials, Paper, Cardboard, Plastic, Wood, etc.....
The fine screen
capacity size is <10mm.
Waste Heat
Boiler was manufactured in 2009 and has a design flow of 44,000 kg/h.
It has a design pressure of 65 bara and a rated temperature of 470°C.
The low temperature carbonization furnace for manufactured in 2009.
The 12MW Condensing Steam Turbine was manufactured in 2009 and never
commissioned.
It has a
maximum continuous rating of 12MW, rated inlet flow of 45,000 kg/h, rated inlet
pressure of 65 bara, rated inlet
temperature of 470°C, rate exhaust pressure of 0.09
bara.
Generator
has a power rating of 15,006 kVA, active power of 12,005 kW, power factor of
0.8, rated
voltage of 10,500 Volts ±5%, 3 phase, Star connection, water cooled, 50Hz.
