22.2MW Combined Heat and Power  Power Plant for Sale

This 22.2MW CHP power plant was built in 1992 and retired in 2010.  It is in excellent operating conditions and has 142,000 total hours.    It is still installed.    It is comprised of 3 waste heat boilers, 2 gas turbine generators, and 1 steam turbine generator.

Fuel:  Natural Gas   Net heating value:  47,700 kJ/kg, specific pressure 6.5 bara, ambient supply temperature. |
Fuel:  Oil 1     Light Fuel Oil  Net heating value: 42,800 kJ/kg, specific pressure 8 bara, ambient supply temperature.  
Fuel:  Oil 2     Heavy Fuel Oil  Net heating value: 39,710 kJ/kg, specific pressure 8 bara, supply temperature 120 - 140°C.

 Notes:  Plant mothballed according to OEM instructions.  This includes manual turning of the Steam Turbine rotor, and heating of all major components.
