48MW CC Power Plant equipment:
37MW Siemens-BHEL Gas Turbine Generator, 37MW Siemens-BHEL Steam
Turbine Generator, both with GE Mark V Controls, Heat Recovery Steam
Generator, Electrical Generators and DCS Control System.
50Hz. Natural Gas/Naphtha. The
plant was commissioned August 1999 and was operational on Naphtha till
May 2013. From June 2013
it operated on RLNG Fuel till April 2014. Currently the plant is in the
preservation mode. It is
excellent condition.
The total land required for the Project including
power block and Balance of Plant facilities is ~5 acres.
Total (sweet/ processed) water requirement for the
Project is 1500 Cu.M/day with closed cooling system.
The gas requirement for the Project is about 0.25
million standard cubic meter per day (mmscmd).
All the equipment is under preservation mode and so
is readily available upon dismantling and can be installed in the shortest
possible time.
The plant is capable of dual fuel operation.
Excellent operation and maintenance procedures can
be verified from the maintenance records.
The plant will have better Heat rate and higher efficiency than such
machinery available worldwide at a lower cost, thus efficiently utilizing
the gas resources.
