2.2.2. Vibration Monitoring Panel
2.2.3. Fire Extinguishing Control Panel
2.3.) A rectifier and inverter set, manufactured by “La Marche” USA, and its respective Battery set manufactured by NIFE. This entire subsystem is the Control Power Supply of 24 VDC for the Vibration and Fire Fighting panels and for the Control System Mark II.3) Steam Supply System (Image 10)
Power Increase By means of steam injection, generated power is increased up to 6.1 Mw.For this purpose, the machine is equipped with a steam injection system mounted on an external supporting structure.
4) Gas Supply System (Image 11) (Image 12)
This system counts with a coalesser type filter, a gas flow measuring device and one set of valves to manage the supply of fuel gas to the unit. All these components are installed on an external supporting structure .5) Fire Extinguishing System (Image 13)
This generator set has an automatic Fire Extinguishing System controlled by the panel shown in a previous picture. It has incorporated a primary set of two (02) CO2 cylinders plus two (02) back up cylinders.6) Oil Cooling System (Image 14)
It consists of duplex heat exchanger, mounted on an external supporting structure identified as the “Oil cooling skid”.Maintenance and Inspection Plans:
All preventive maintenance and inspection activities recommended by the manufacturer for this unit and its components have been done at the time they were due. The last programmed maintenance and inspection performed on it, was the corresponding to the 24.000 hours of service.Technical Documents:
A complete set of Operation and Maintenance manuals, in English language, is available with the unit, as well as other manuals and catalogues for the ancillary equipment.General Conditions of the Unit
Even though this turbo generator set is currently out of service, it is in very good condition and is kept under a preservation program in order to protect it against the environment.
