Six Plants "state of the art" brand new Sea Water (desalination)
Plants. Also, additional plants can be built in any size the
customer requires.
Each Seawater Plant will produce 250,000 gallons of pure water per day (USA
specs). They are a modular design and can run as one large plant and produce a
total of 1,500,000 gallons per day or they can operate independently of each
other. Some of the proprietary features include: A Total
Automated Operation with a Programmed Touch-screen Operations Panel that allows
for "user friendly" operation. Internet and SCADA Hook-up that allow
for remote monitoring, operation and trouble shooting. A Sophisticated
Self-cleaning Program that protects the RO Plant eliminating costly down time
and maintenance. Energy Saving Technology incorporated to save in operational
cost. In addition, our plants are built to a Rugged Skid Mounted Design Standard
made to withstand the harsh demands placed on remote areas for produced water.
250K SWRO
1) Price includes: One Fully Automated Computerized 250,000 Gallon per day
Desalination Plant. The Freight to the US East Coast port. The cost
to *Design & Build Pre-filtration. All of the Membranes for the
RO. (120 per plant). The Technical support and Training of operations personnel.
The Warranty. (* The Pre-treatment filtration is site specific and the
recommended filtration will depend on the client location and water analysis, we
will design the pre-filtration skid to fit clients specific location).
2) Size of the Plant and shipping requirements : The Plant design allows for
easy non-permitted transport to the client's site location. The Plant is built
in two sections, plus one additional skid for the pre-filtration and a 20 ft.
cargo container for loose equipment chemicals etc... Each section will require
crating at the port prior to shipping. ( Membrane Skid=24' L x 8' W x 9.6' Ht.
Pump Skid=17' L x 8' W x 6' Ht. Pre-treatment Skid=20' L x 8' W x 10' Ht.)
3) Warranty: All material and equipment purchased for placement on the new
plants manufactured have a minimum of 1 year warranty from the manufacturer. All
other equipment placed on the new plants will be warranted for 1 year. The
obligation of this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any part or
parts which prove defective in material or workmanship under normal use and
service.
4) Modular Design: Each plant will produce 250,000 Gallons of water per day.
They are a modular design that will operate independently or they can be linked
with additional units to produce as much water as client requires.
NOTE: These are fully automated processing plants :
These plants are not Manually operated. These Plant do not require a trained
operator to continually monitor gauges and manually make adjustments for
temperature and pressure variances. These are fully automated processing plants
that automatically adjust themselves to maintain optimum fluxing over the
membrane mass. In addition, the plants will back flush the filter elements
automatically without a shutdown. Pressure and flow controls, chemical feed and
fluid controls, and conductivity measurement are all automated.
The filters are self-cleaning, however, once a year, the system needs to be
shut down for about 4 hours and chemicals that cost approx. $300.00 have to be
added.
The filters themselves last 6 to 10 years and have to be replaced at a cost of
$1200. per filter, there are 120 filters per water plant, approx. cost is
$144,000. The average filter lasts for about 8 years.
Pad site :
The Seawater unit footprint is 41' x 8' x 9.6' for the RO skid (which is built
in two sections for quick, easy handling and installations in the water
producer's facility) and the foot print for the ultra-filtration unit
(pre-treatment skid) is 8' x 20' x 10'.
The skid mounted design of the unit allows for easy, non-permitted, transport
from one location to another.
The RO skid requires at least 6 feet of space on the back end to remove &
replace membranes. The two skids can set side by side, (or one in front of the
other) with plenty of room to maneuver around them, at least 5-6 feet. Ideally
enough room to get a floor-jack or a forklift in between if you ever needed to
remove a pump.
Drainage: You need at least two floor drains for utility purposes, wash down
etc...And one dedicated Process Drain for the concentrate discharge. The Process
Drain line needs to be 4-6 inches with a flange on top.
Intake Feed Water Requirements: 60 psi
Power requirements for "1" Plant:
Electrical: Each unit is equipped with its own Breaker. The Plant will require
480 volts, 3 phase 60Hz. 800 amp service.
Full Technical Support and Warranty.
