350 kW Operating hydroelectric plant, located in NW US. Income
producing and connect to the power grid. Commissioned in 1984, this plant
employs two Francis turbines with a head of 45ft. A small concrete diversion
structure and canal supply the forebay and intake. Two 42 inch diameter x 90 ft.
steel penstocks supply the turbines. Annual production is in the range of 1800
megawatt hours with potential to increase capacity. Current power rate is in the
range of 6.8 cents/kWh with the local utility. The site sits on 52 acres with an
earth home and other structures and the plant and property are for
